General terms and conditions of participation in the IdealWorld Affiliate Program:
Restrictions:
• Partners with unlawful, political, violent, pornographic, and/or illegal content are generally excluded from participation in the partner program.
Furthermore, we, as IdealWorld, reserve the right to immediately terminate the cooperation if our advertising materials are integrated into these types of websites. We will also reject any resulting transactions, and any commission claim will be forfeited.
• Only publishers who provide valid details on their advertising space will be accepted for cooperation.
• Furthermore, websites that are still under construction or that generate errors in any way, as well as websites without the possibility of content verification, are excluded from participation in the partner program.
• Partners of the IdealWorld program must in all cases be fully legally competent.
Advertising material/linking
• The advertising materials provided by the partner program may, without exception, only be used on the advertising spaces registered when registering for the partner program.
• The publisher is responsible for ensuring that the advertising material is up-to-date and undertakes to remove advertising material from its website immediately if IdealWorld notifies it of this or if it has reason to believe that the advertising material in question may no longer be used.
• Any changes or additions to the advertising materials provided are not permitted without the prior consent of IdealWorld.
• The publisher receives permission via the network to use the provided advertising materials for the duration of the cooperation with the IdealWorld program. If the cooperation is terminated, the publisher may no longer use the advertising materials.
• Redirection to the IdealWorld website is only permitted if a registered publisher website is visible to the end user. (No direct or non-stop redirection)
• Individual advertising materials can be created in consultation with IdealWorld.
• The use of pop-ups and layers that are delivered when a page is loaded is not permitted.
Product data
• It is not permitted to use the product data feed provided by IdealWorld outside of your website on third-party platforms such as Google Shopping.
• The publisher is responsible for always using the most up-to-date version of the product data feed offered by IdealWorld for its advertising activities.
Browser plugins/advertising via spyware/adware
• The combination of advertising source codes to create plugins for any browser (e.g. hotbars, toolbars), as well as advertising via adware or spyware, is not permitted.
Postview/Retargeting
• For cooperation on a postview or retargeting basis, prior coordination with IdealWorld is required.
Vouchers
• The publisher may only use vouchers that have been approved for the IdealWorld partner program.
• Transactions will be rejected if they were generated via outdated or expired voucher promotions.
