If CS Vape determines, in its sole discretion, that the Affiliate has engaged in any activity that CS Vape considers to be fraudulent or which might bring the reputation or standing of CS Vape into disrepute either with the general public or with the Clients or potential Clients of CS Vape, or otherwise that the Affiliate has engaged in activities which might be considered fraudulent, CS Vape may but will not be obligated to (a) suspend or terminate the Affiliate's membership in the Program, without notice and (b) release to any third party, information relating to the identity and location of the Affiliate if required to do so in order to enforce these terms and conditions. Any Affiliate of the CS Vape using PPC to drive merchant traffic may not bid on our company name or our domain name. An Affiliate may not represent themselves as CS Vape in PPC campaigns unless consent is given by CS Vape. Commission earnings that originate from a company name or domain name bid violation are subject to withholding.
