Voucher Codes: You may only promote vouchers codes that are provided through programme. We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. However we understand that voucher codes from other channels will be used from time to time by customers and we seek to reward affiliates where possible.
Domain Name Restrictions: Affiliates are asked not to register domain names which are similar or confusingly similar to the Mint brand including any miss-spellings. Affiliates may not put the Mints website into frames or use masked URLs.
PPC and Display Activity: Mint operates a strict policy on PPC activity. There is strictly no brand bidding allowed on Mint's brand terms or mis-spellings as well as our our products names. Affiliates who wish to promote via non brand PPC should contact Mint in advance with the keyword list including match types for approval. Affiliates may not use any domain name owned for PPC linking without express permission. Similarly for display activity that does not use the creatives supplied by the programme then affiliates should contact Mint in advance for approval.
Closure Notice Period and T&C's Breach:This programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period. Mint reserves the right to withhold payment of commissions for affiliates are found in breach of any our T&C's including temporary suspension from the programme and permanent removal from the programme.
