2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.2. Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any deceptive practices.
2.3. The use of paid advertising, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, to bid on our brand name or related keywords is strictly prohibited.
2.4. Affiliates must not represent themselves as official partners or claim ownership of our products or brand.
3. Termination & Violations
4.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or unethical practices are detected.
4.2. Affiliates who attempt to manipulate commissions, such as self-referrals, may forfeit earnings and be removed from the program.
4.3. Any breach of these terms may result in the forfeiture of pending commissions and legal action if necessary.
4. Amendments & Liability
5.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
5.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in this affiliate program.
