1. Brand Name and Trademark Usage
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the term "SPILLED MILK" or any variations thereof in any paid advertising campaigns.
The term "GET SPILLED MILK" or any variations must not be used as the display URL in paid advertisements.
Affiliates may not use "GET SPILLED MILK" or similar variations in the main domain of any website they own or operate.
The use of misspelled domains that could be mistaken for our official website is not permitted.
2. Promotion of Discount Codes
Affiliates must only promote voucher codes that have been explicitly provided by AWIN or Spilled Milk.
Any sales generated using unauthorized discount codes will be declined and commissions will not be paid.
3. Use of Branding Materials and Logos
Affiliates must ensure that all branding materials and logos used in promotions are current and accurate.
Use of branding materials must comply with Spilled Milk's branding conditions.
Unauthorized modifications or misleading representations of our brand are strictly prohibited.
4. Consequences of Policy Violations
Affiliates who violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement may face consequences, including but not limited to:
Reversal of some or all pending payouts.
Permanent removal from the affiliate program.
Legal action if necessary.
5. Program Closure Notice
Spilled Milk's Affiliate Program operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
Spilled Milk reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time, with a minimum notice period of 7 days.
