**Branding Terms & Conditions**
6.1. Affiliates may use our logos, banners, and promotional materials provided via Awin strictly as per our branding guidelines. 6.2. Affiliates must not modify, distort, or alter any branding materials in a way that misrepresents our company or products. 6.3. Affiliates may not create social media pages, domains, or content that imply they are an official representative of Humax EV Charging. 6.4. The use of our brand name, logos, or trademarks in promotional content must be approved by us in advance. 6.5. Affiliates must not use our brand in any negative, defamatory, or misleading manner that could harm our reputation. 6.6. Upon termination of this agreement, affiliates must cease all use of Humax EV Charging branding and promotional materials immediately.
