1. Introduction

2. Commission & Payment
• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn an 8% commission on all eligible sales.
• Cookie Duration: A 30-day tracking window applies, meaning affiliates earn commission on purchases made within 30 days of the initial referral.
• Payment: Commissions are processed and paid via AWIN’s payment system based on their standard payout schedule.
3. Eligibility & Approval
• Affiliates must comply with AWIN’s terms and Cerqular’s brand guidelines.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at our discretion.
• Affiliates engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing will be removed immediately.
4. Promotional Guidelines
• Affiliates may promote Cerqular via websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and paid ads (within AWIN’s policies).
• Affiliates cannot bid on Cerqular’s brand name, trademarks, or misspellings in paid search ads.
• False claims, misleading promotions, or unauthorized discounts are prohibited.
• Affiliates must disclose their partnership with Cerqular in compliance with FTC and ASA guidelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
• Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices.
• Promote on illegal, explicit, or offensive sites.
• Mimic Cerqular’s branding in a way that misleads customers.
• Use their own affiliate links for personal purchases (self-referrals).
6. Termination & Violations
• Cerqular reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, commissions may be voided.
• Affiliates may voluntarily leave the program at any time via AWIN.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
• Cerqular is not responsible for technical issues, tracking errors, or AWIN payment delays.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
