Mstore.co.uk Affiliate Program – General Content Terms & Guidelines
1. Brand Representation
• Affiliates must represent Mstore.co.uk accurately and professionally in all promotional content.
• Do not mislead users about pricing, product availability, or promotions.
• Ensure all descriptions, claims, and benefits about our products are factually correct.
2. Permitted Promotional Channels
Affiliates can promote Mstore.co.uk through:

✅ Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
✅ Email marketing (compliant with anti-spam laws)
✅ Review and comparison websites
✅ Cashback, loyalty, and voucher sites
✅ PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising (subject to restrictions below)
Prohibited Channels:
❌ Spamming, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertisements
❌ Adult, illegal, or offensive content platforms
❌ Websites promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination
3. PPC & Search Engine Advertising Rules
• Bidding on Mstore.co.uk’s brand name or misspellings in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search platforms is not allowed.
• Affiliates may use generic industry keywords (e.g., “safety gloves for work,” “best gardening gloves”) but not direct brand terms.
• Display URLs must direct to Mstore.co.uk or an approved affiliate landing page.
4. Discount Codes & Promotions
• Affiliates may only promote official discount codes issued through the Mstore.co.uk affiliate program on Awin.
• Unauthorized use of exclusive codes meant for other partners or promotions is not allowed.
• Coupon sites must ensure all codes are valid and up-to-date.
5. Content Guidelines
• All content (articles, reviews, videos, social media posts) must be original and unique.
• Do not copy and paste descriptions directly from Mstore.co.uk or third-party sites.
• Product reviews must be honest, accurate, and disclose affiliate relationships (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”).
6. Compliance with Legal & Ethical Standards
• Affiliates must comply with GDPR, ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines, and FTC (Federal Trade Commission) disclosure requirements.
• All affiliate links must include a clear disclosure statement indicating that the affiliate may earn a commission.
• No false claims, exaggerated benefits, or deceptive marketing tactics.
7. Commission & Payments
• Affiliates earn 5% commission on every successful sale referred through their Awin tracking link.
• Commissions are paid via Awin based on a 47 day validation period.
• Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and refunded purchases will not qualify for commission payouts.
8. Termination & Violations
Mstore.co.uk reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program if they:
