Application and Approval:
You must apply and be approved by Fun Fact Co. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Commission Rates:
Earn industry-leading commissions of the net sales amount for sales through your unique affiliate link, with bonuses and higher commissions available based on performance. Rates may be adjusted at Fun Fact Co.’s discretion.
Promoting Our Brand:
You agree to promote Fun Fact Co. professionally and ethically, without spamming, keyword stuffing, or misleading advertising. Affiliates must keep ad copy updated and consistent with current Fun Fact Co. products, offers, and promotions.
Prohibited Activities:
- Do not bid on Fun Fact Co.’s brand name, trademarked terms, or similar/misspelled domain names in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Do not use any domain owned by Fun Fact Co. as your display URL in PPC campaigns.
- To avoid broad match issues, include restricted terms as negative keywords in your PPC campaigns.
- CSS providers are prohibited from participating; commissions earned through CSS methods will be declined.
Voucher Codes and Promotions:
- You must not promote vouchers as combinable unless explicitly authorized by Fun Fact Co.
- Expired discounts or vouchers must be removed promptly from your promotional materials.
- Only official vouchers communicated by Fun Fact Co. are permitted. Unauthorized voucher usage may lead to declined commissions.
Bulk Orders:
Fun Fact Co. reserves the right to refuse commissions on wholesale or bulk orders.
Domain Restrictions:
Do not register domains similar to or misspellings of Fun Fact Co.’s brand. Violation may result in commission denial and required domain surrender.
Creative Use:
Use only promotional creative provided within your affiliate account. Do not hard-code banners; use the provided code so updates automatically apply.
Compliance with Laws:
You must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including ASA guidelines on endorsements and testimonials if it applies to your area.
Notice and Action:
Upon receiving a request from Fun Fact Co., affiliates must remedy any compliance issues within 7 working days unless otherwise specified by Fun Fact Co.
Termination and Modification:
Fun Fact Co. reserves the right to terminate your participation immediately for violations of these terms. We may modify these terms anytime without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes agreement to any revised terms.
Liability:
Fun Fact Co. is not liable for any damages or losses from your affiliate activities, including lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss.
