Rippl Impact Gear Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By joining the Rippl Impact Gear Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a mutually beneficial partnership while maintaining brand integrity.
1. Enrollment in the Program
Approval into the affiliate program is at the sole discretion of Rippl Impact Gear.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any publisher that does not align with our brand values or violates these terms.
2. Commission Structure & Payment
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
The commission rate is determined at sign-up and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Payments are processed via AWIN as per their standard payment schedule.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Rippl Impact Gear using banners, text links, and provided marketing materials.
Misleading promotions, including false claims, unauthorized discounts, or inaccurate product descriptions, are prohibited.
Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing, link hijacking, or fraudulent activity.
4. Paid Search & Advertising Restrictions
Bidding on brand-related keywords (e.g., “Rippl Impact Gear,” “Rippl Protection,” etc.) is strictly prohibited.
We do not allow the use of our brand name in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or domains without prior written consent.
Affiliates must not outbid or compete against Rippl Impact Gear on paid advertising platforms.
5. Coupon & Discount Code Policy
Only authorized coupon codes provided by Rippl Impact Gear may be promoted.
Unauthorized coupon codes or attempts to circumvent program rules will result in commission forfeiture and possible removal from the program.
6. Compliance & Ethical Marketing
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and AWIN’s policies.
Spamming, misleading promotions, or unethical marketing tactics are not tolerated.
Affiliates must not promote on websites containing adult, hate speech, violent, or illegal content.
7. Order Reversals & Cancellations
Commissions will not be awarded on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
Orders flagged for suspicious activity may result in commission reversals or affiliate removal.
8. Program Modifications & Termination
Rippl Impact Gear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without prior notice.
Violations of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
9. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
Affiliates may only use approved Rippl Impact Gear logos, images, and marketing materials.
Modifying or creating derivative works from Rippl Impact Gear branding without authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
The following applies specifically to CSS partners:
Bidding Restrictions
CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand terms, including brand name variations, misspellings, or trademarked terms, across all search engines and paid channels.
Permitted Targeting
CSS partners may target generic keywords related to our products or services.
Targeting of the brand name or any confusingly similar terms is not allowed.
Policy Enforcement
This policy ensures fair visibility and brand protection.
Violations will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.
