- You must focus on promoting our weight-loss consultation service without referencing specific medications.
Legal Compliance
- UK law prohibits advertising Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) to the public.
- Sharing affiliate codes publicly in a manner that promotes POMs is a violation of these laws and will result in corrective action.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Affiliates who violate these guidelines will forfeit any associated rewards and may be removed from the program.
- Severe breaches may result in further action, including suspension from future affiliate programs.

- It is illegal in the UK to promote prescription only medicine. Do not reference any branded medication or active drug, such as “Mounjaro” or “GLP-1s”. For example:
- Don't say "Get Mounjaro for £x OFF"
- Don't say "Get £40 OFF GLP1’s"
- This includes use in hashtags within content such as #mounjaro
🚫Do not indirectly references GLP-1s
- Do not mention phrases such as “jabs”, “pen” in content
🚫Do Not Show Injections within content
- The laws around promoting prescription only medicine also apply to images shown in content. For example:
- Do not include any content where you show yourself or others administering the injection
- Do not show the packaging with product names visible.
- Do not use the 💉 emojis
🚫 Do Not Use the Word “Prescription”
- We offer a range of prescription and non-prescription options so do not suggest users can access prescription medications. For example:
- Don’t say: “Get a prescription from Chemist4U.”
🚫Do Not Guarantee Results
- Do not make any claims about guaranteed weight loss or quick results. For example:
- Don’t say: “Lose weight within X weeks on Chemist4U.”
🚫Do Not Use Overly Medical or Diagnostic Language
- Don’t say: “Chemist4U diagnoses and treats [condition].”
