By joining the Avery Row Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate partnership.
2. Eligibility & Approval
Publishers must have an active AWIN account and comply with AWIN’s policies.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Websites promoting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
3. Commission & Payment
Affiliates earn commissions on valid sales generated through their tracking links.
Avery Row determines commission rates and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Payments are processed through AWIN according to their standard payment schedule.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
4. Cookie Duration
Our program operates with a 30-day cookie window. Commissions will be attributed to the last click within this period.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Avery Row.
Affiliates must not misrepresent the brand, make false claims, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
Paid search bidding on brand-related terms (e.g., “Avery Row discount code”) is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not use spam techniques, unauthorized discounts, or misleading promotions.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use Avery Row’s brand assets only as permitted. Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content is prohibited.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time with written notice.
Avery Row reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Avery Row is not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in the affiliate program.
Affiliates operate as independent entities and are not representatives or employees of Avery Row.
9. Modifications to Terms
Avery Row reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions anytime. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
10. CSS Partner Terms & Conditions
Please note the following condition applies to all CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) partners participating in our program:
Bidding Restrictions:
CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand terms (including brand name variations, misspellings, or trademarked terms) across all search engines and paid channels.
Permitted Targeting:
You may target generic keywords related to our products or services, but not the brand name or any terms that could be confused with the brand.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair visibility across channels. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
