These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Una Mattress Affiliate Program on AWIN. By joining, you agree to the terms below.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
1.1. To participate, you must apply via AWIN and be accepted into the Una Mattress Affiliate Program.
1.2. We welcome affiliates that align with our brand values, including wellness & lifestyle bloggers, eco-conscious content creators, sleep/health experts, and premium home & bedroom-related sites.
1.3. Una Mattress reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure & Payouts
2.1. Standard commission rate: 7% per sale.
2.4. Cookie Duration: 30 days – qualifying sales must occur within this timeframe of a referral click.
2.5. Payouts are processed through AWIN’s standard monthly payment system.
2.6. If an order is canceled, refunded, or returned, the related commission will be reversed.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates may promote Una Mattress via their website, blog, social media, email marketing, and other approved digital channels.
3.2. Prohibited practices:
No PPC bidding on “Una Mattress” or related brand terms.
No misleading claims or false discounts.
No cookie stuffing, fraudulent referrals, or incentivised clicks.
No spam, intrusive, or deceptive marketing methods.
3.3. All use of Una Mattress trademarks, creatives, and brand assets must follow our brand guidelines.
4. Discounts & Voucher Codes
4.1. Affiliates may only promote official voucher codes supplied via AWIN.
4.2. Any use of unauthorized discount codes will not be eligible for commission.
5. Program Termination & Changes
5.1. Una Mattress reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for policy violations, misconduct, or fraudulent activity.
5.2. We may update commission rates, terms, or promotional policies at any time, with notice provided through AWIN.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1. Una Mattress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate program.
6.2. This Agreement does not establish any formal business partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
