1. Enrollment in the Program
You agree to comply with these terms and conditions by applying to the Paria Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. Commission & Payouts
- Commission rates are outlined in the AWIN program details and are subject to change.
- Commissions are paid only on valid purchases made through your unique tracking link within the cookie duration.
- Orders canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify for commission.
3. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must not use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising to promote Paria.
- PPC bidding on brand terms (including variations and misspellings) is prohibited.
- Coupon and cashback affiliates must only promote approved offers listed on AWIN.
- Email marketing campaigns require prior approval.
- Affiliates cannot claim to be official representatives of Paria.
4. Use of Brand Assets
- Affiliates can use approved banners, images, and marketing materials available in AWIN.
- Modification of brand assets (logos, product images, or content) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
5. Cookie Duration
- The AWIN tracking cookie lasts for [30 days].
- Commissions will be attributed to the last valid affiliate link before a purchase.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates found engaging in the following activities will be removed from the program and forfeit any outstanding commissions:
- Unauthorized discount codes or misleading pricing claims.
- Trademark infringement in domains, ads, or social media.
- Spamming or use of fake traffic/bots.
- Adult, hate speech, or illegal content promotions.
7. Termination of Affiliate Account
Paria reserves the right to terminate any affiliate without notice if terms are violated. In case of fraud or breach, any pending commissions may be withheld.
8. Modification of Terms
Paria may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via AWIN. Continued participation implies acceptance of revised terms.
