Giftspatch Affiliate Programme – General Terms
Commission & Tracking
- Affiliates earn commission on valid sales tracked through Awin’s platform.
- Commission rates are defined in the program details and may be updated at any time.
- Sales that are refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
PPC & Paid Advertising
- Bidding on the Giftspatch brand name or variations (e.g., misspellings) is not allowed without prior approval.
- Brand + generic terms (e.g., “Giftspatch gift boxes”) require approval.
- Affiliates must not use "Giftspatch" in display URLs or mislead users into thinking they are the official website.
Discount & Voucher Codes
- Only approved and publicly available discount codes are eligible for commission.
- Commission may not be awarded for sales using unauthorised codes.
Promotional Restrictions
- Affiliates must not promote Giftspatch alongside adult content, gambling, alcohol, or other age-restricted products.
- False or misleading claims about Giftspatch products are strictly prohibited.
Traffic Sources & Compliance
- Traffic from fraudulent, incentivised clicks, or cookie stuffing is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates using email marketing, display ads, or retargeting must obtain prior approval.
- Giftspatch reserves the right to review and reject any promotional activity that does not align with its brand values.
Commission Reversal & Termination
- Any violation of the PPC, discount code, or promotional terms may result in commission being withheld and removal from the program.
- Giftspatch reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership at any time for non-compliance.
Additional Terms
- Affiliates must comply with Awin’s affiliate marketing policies and all relevant advertising laws.
