1. Enrollment & Eligibility
- To join, affiliates must apply and be approved by the Phys Ed team.
- We accept bloggers, influencers, content creators, and website owners who align with our brand values.
- We reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure & Payments
- Commission Rate: 10% per sale (industry standard for apparel).
- Cookie Duration: 30 days – you earn a commission if a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link.
- Payouts: Payments are made via PayPal or direct deposit on a monthly basis.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: $50 – commissions are rolled over if the minimum is not met.
- Self-Purchases: You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases.
3. Promotion Guidelines
- Approved Channels: Affiliates may promote Phys Ed on websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Prohibited Activities:
- No spam or unsolicited promotions.
- No misleading claims or false advertising.
- No bidding on Phys Ed branded keywords for paid ads.
- No promotion on coupon or discount aggregator sites.
4. Brand Representation
- Affiliates must use approved marketing materials and brand messaging.
- Do not alter the Phys Ed logo or product images without permission.
5. Program Termination
- Phys Ed reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates for violating program terms.
- Affiliates can leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
6. Updates & Modifications
- Phys Ed may modify commission rates, terms, or guidelines at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
