1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry ("we," "us," or "our") offers an affiliate marketing program through the AWIN platform. By joining our affiliate program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Program Terms and Conditions.
2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
- Commission Rate: 8% on all qualified sales
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Minimum Payout: $50
- Payment Schedule: Monthly, processed through AWIN's payment system
- Commission Calculation: Based on final sale amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping
3. QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS
A "Qualifying Transaction" must meet all of the following criteria:
- Customer must click through your unique affiliate link
- Purchase must be completed within the 30 day cookie window
- Order must be fully paid and not canceled or returned
- Order must not be flagged for fraud or policy violations
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Affiliates may NOT:
- Bid on our brand name, trademarks, or variations in search engines
- Use our brand name or "Crownwork®" in domain names or social media handles
- Create or distribute misleading content about our products or services
- Offer unauthorized coupons, rebates, or incentives
- Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
- Promote Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry on sites containing adult, illegal, or offensive content
- Represent yourself as Ray Griffiths or claim to be directly affiliated with our company
5. MARKETING GUIDELINES
- All product descriptions and specifications must be accurate and up-to-date
- The Crownwork® trademark must always include the ® symbol
- Price information must be regularly verified for accuracy
- Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry must be portrayed as a luxury brand
- All promotional content must align with our brand values and positioning
6. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms at any time with notice via AWIN
- Adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice
- Terminate any affiliate relationship that violates these terms
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
- This agreement begins upon your acceptance into our AWIN affiliate program
- Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice
- Any pending commissions from Qualifying Transactions will be paid according to the regular payment schedule
