Barry M Affiliate Program—Terms & Conditions
By joining the Barry M affiliate program on AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
- The program is open to publishers, influencers, and content creators who comply with AWIN’s terms of service.
- Barry M reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commissions & Payments
- Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales through their unique affiliate links.
- Commission rates and structures are subject to change at Barry M’s discretion.
- Only valid, completed purchases (excluding cancellations, returns, and fraudulent transactions) are eligible for commissions.
- Payments will be processed via AWIN’s standard payout system.
3. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Barry M or AWIN.
- Any misleading, false, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not bid on Barry M-branded keywords or misspellings in PPC campaigns.
- Barry M must explicitly approve coupon codes before use.
4. Cookie Duration & Tracking
- The cookie duration for tracking sales is 30 days.
- Affiliates will receive commissions for purchases made within this period via their referral links.
5. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam, unauthorized email marketing, or misleading advertisements.
- Promote Barry M products on adult, hate, or illegal content sites.
- Claim false partnerships or misrepresent their relationship with Barry M.
- Engage in any activities that may damage Barry M’s reputation.
6. Content & Brand Protection
- Affiliates must ensure that all promotions align with Barry M’s ethical, cruelty-free, and vegan-friendly brand values.
- Unauthorized use of Barry M’s trademarks, logos, or brand imagery is prohibited.
7. Program Termination
- Barry M reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violating these terms.
- Affiliates may also choose to leave the program at any time via AWIN.
8. Modification of Terms
- Barry M may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
