Collaboration Terms
Smart Nanovirus Limited (Company) is developing a network of Representatives for the promotion of Rigvir SE supplement recognition and healthy lifestyle.
Representatives work independently, using their own resources, and following these Guidelines. Representatives are not employees of the Company.
Representatives have the right to motivate clients with a discount coupon or affiliate link for buying Rigvir SE on the Company’s webshop www.smartnanovirus.com/product/rigvir-se/. Safe and timely delivery of Rigvir SE is organised by the Company.
Based on results, Representatives receive bonuses for the promotion of Rigvir SE sales.
Every Representative is expected to have a high level of professional ethics and loyalty to Rigvir SE and a healthy way of living.
Representatives take personal responsibility for their work, including following advertising terms and providing correct information to clients.
Representatives do not have exclusive rights; they practice free competition.
At any time, the Company has the right to change Rigvir SE price, marketing, sales, plans, as well as bonuses and discounts. For deals that are closed prior to implementation of changes, the previous terms apply.
The Company may immediately terminate the collaboration with Representatives if they pose a threat to the safety of the Company and Rigvir SE, commercial activity and/or reputation.
The Company and Representatives may terminate the collaboration unilaterally by notifying the other party three days in advance.
If collaboration is terminated, the Company pays out the bonuses for the deals closed before the termination of collaboration.
Discount coupon and affiliate links
Discount coupons (a combination of numbers) and affiliate links (links) are intended for purchasing Rigvir SE on the Company’s webshop only. The coupons and links are unique and intended for multiple use.
The discounts are set by the Company. Usually, the discount is 10% of the original price but may vary depending on the Company sales and pricing policy and planned discount promotions. The Representative may be offered coupons and links with different discount levels depending on the volume of the purchase.
If a client makes a purchase on the Company’s webshop while it offers discounts, the discount coupons/links and the webshop discount do not add up.
If several coupons/links are entered at the same time, the discounts do not add up.
If the Company starts a discount promotion, all Representatives are informed of it.
During the Company’s promotion, it is possible to increase the Representativ’s discount.
Bonus Policy
The Representative receives bonuses from the transactions made on the Company’s webshop using the Representative’s discount coupons or links.
Bonuses are determined based on Rigvir SE transaction value (incl. VAT), depending on the sold quantity in a specific time period:
- 5% (Silver Level) - no sales quantity requirements;
- 10% (Gold Level) - if monthly sales reached at least 2000 EUR;
- 15% (Platinum Level) - if monthly sales reached at least 5000 EUR.
The Representative's bonus rate is determined on the first day of each month, taking into account the results of the previous month.
Bonus payments are made once a month until the tenth day for the Representative’s transaction amounts of the previous month, taking into account the Representative’s bonus rate of the previous month and transaction amount, which have entered the Company's webshop system, excluding logistics costs.*
Upon receiving payment from the Company, the Representative is personally responsible for paying the necessary taxes in the country where the Representative is registered.
If according to the legislation, taxes for the Representative must be paid by the Company, then the tax amount is deducted from the invoice amount.
If applicable, VAT is included in the invoice amount.
Bonuses may be revised in case if the product is returned or the money for Rigvir SE purchase is not received on the Company’s bank account.
*For example, if the price of Rigvir SE on the Company’s webshop is 125 EUR (incl. VAT), and the Representative with the Gold level promotes the sales of one Rigvir SE with a 10% discount (product final price 112.5 EUR), the Representative is paid a bonus of 11.25 EUR net per one Rigvir SE.
Marketing
Representatives promote Rigvir SE independently, at a self-chosen location, time and manner with self-chosen methods and channels (social networks, YouTube videos, publications, interviews, exhibitions, etc.) but without breaking the established pricing policy and damaging the product and Company’s reputation.
When carrying out marketing activities and creating informative materials, the Representatives include their discount coupon and/or affiliate link.
In order to comply with the principles of fair competition, restrictions may be imposed on the Representatives to use discount coupons and links publicly, like on social networks and so on.
Any publicly available information, photo, video, and graphic materials, as well as social network information on Rigvir or Rigvir SE may be used for marketing but may not create the impression that the Representative is the Company.
The Representatives may create their own photo, video and other materials.
Representatives must note that Rigvir SE is a food supplement, not intended for treatment, cure and prevention, and that Rigvir SE cannot be presented as having miraculous effects.
Representatives have no right to address or attract legal entities such as clinics, health and beauty establishments, etc., without prior agreement.
Representatives have no right to place the product for sale on their webshops and other marketplaces or break the pricing policy.
Only the Company’s web store may be recommended for Rigvir SE purchase.
The necessary information on Rigvir SE and its use is available on the Company’s website, social networks, personal Account, and other sources of information.
At any time, the Company has the right to stop or correct the Representative’s distributed or produced material.
Pricing Policy
Rigvir SE official price is established on the Company’s webshop.
The Company’s webshop may offer short-term sales discount promotions.
Representatives receive timely information about the webshop discounts, so they can adjust their marketing and sales tactics.
During the Company’s promotion, it is possible to increase the Representative’s discount.
Communication
All communication is carried out with the Account administrator at affiliates@smartnanovirus.com
Official announcements related to the Agreement are sent to the e-mails specified by the Parties.
Confidentiality
Representatives are obliged to maintain confidentiality with regard to these Guidelines, marketing and sales information, bonus and discount system, Account access data, and other information that may damage the Company’s commercial interests. Representatives are obliged to observe client data protection and not disclose the data to third parties.
