Partners joining our affiliate programs must comply with the following conditions:
Approval and Prohibited Channels
To join our program, we will need to approve your website. We are looking for partners who are in line with our objectives, values and brand guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend activity or refuse participation in the program at any time.
Prohibited channels
The following advertising content and channels are strictly prohibited:
- SEM/Search/PPC (bidding on keywords with the brand name “Paris City Vision” and all its variations or alternative spellings)
- PostView
- Paid emails
- Offensive or discriminatory content
- Erotic or pornographic content
- Political content
- Activities on sites in a language other than French, English or Spanish are not permitted
Paris City Vision reserves the right to review partner advertisements at any time. Changes necessary to ensure compliance with our brand conditions and guidelines must be made promptly. Failure to make such changes in a timely manner will result in termination of the partnership. We also reserve the right to block advertisers who publish content that does not comply with our brand guidelines.
Promotions and Unauthorized Content
Partners are not allowed to promote offers and discount codes with special incentives, unless these have been provided or approved by the advertiser. Transactions involving unauthorized coupons will not be recorded or credited to partners. All transaction requests involving unauthorized coupons will be rejected.
Remarketing and retargeting activities are prohibited.
The Publisher may only use promotional codes and coupons provided in the AWIN program. Transactions generated with unauthorized coupons or coupons not provided by the AWIN program will not be taken into account or attributed to the Publisher.
PPC campaigns
It is strictly forbidden to bid on our brand, our products, generic PPCs or activities related to our site and all the products featured on it. If orders are generated from these activities, they will not be considered valid, and we will terminate the collaboration with the partner.
Creativity
All relevant and up-to-date content (e.g. banners) can be found on the Paris City Vision AWIN profile. Publishers must use the creative and links provided and included in the program. Modification or alteration of banners, logos or links is NOT permitted. We are available to provide new designs or formats upon request, or to approve proposed solutions. Everything must be submitted before publication, by writing to: m.adonis@pariscityvision.com
For publishers who post content on social networks, publications or stories, they must indicate in the hashtags (#) that these are #ad ads.
Transaction validation
Before confirming commissions, Paris City Vision reserves the right to check and validate conversions and to pay only those that have been created in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
Orders (valid user registration on the website or application) are subject to a verification process according to internal criteria and key performance indicators. Consequently, Paris City Vision reserves the right to refuse payment of commissions on cancelled and returned orders.
Validation will normally take place on the record date, which averages around 30 days from the transaction, and only valid last-click conversions will be remunerated. In the event of a breach, the advertiser reserves the right to cancel all pending transactions until the breach is confirmed, and to terminate the partnership without notice.
In the event of violation of our conditions and/or brand guidelines, collaboration may be suspended.
