By signing up for the BBBGEM Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a successful and fair partnership.
1. Program Eligibility
1.1. Affiliates must operate a legitimate website, blog, social media profile, or email marketing list.
1.2. Publishers engaging in illegal, offensive, or deceptive marketing practices will be disqualified.
1.3. BBBGEM reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Commissions & Payouts
2.1. Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on approved sales.
2.2. The commission applies to valid, completed purchases only. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible.
2.3. Payouts are processed through AWIN, according to their payment terms.
2.4. Affiliates must not engage in self-referrals to earn commissions.
3. Cookie Duration
3.1.The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. Sales made within this period will be credited to the referring affiliate.
3.2. If a customer uses multiple affiliate links, the last-click attribution model applies.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
4.1. Engage in false advertising, misleading claims, or spammy promotional tactics.
4.2. Use BBBGEM’s brand name, trademarks, or misspellings in domain names, social media handles, or PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns without prior approval.
4.3. Promote discounts, coupon codes, or special offers that have not been explicitly provided by BBBGEM.
4.4. Use cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or any fraudulent tracking techniques.
5. Use of Marketing Materials
5.1. Affiliates are encouraged to use the approved banners, images, and promotional content provided through AWIN.
5.2. Affiliates must not alter official marketing materials or misrepresent BBBGEM’s brand, products, or policies.
6. PPC & Paid Advertising Policy
6.1. Direct linking to BBBGEM’s website via PPC campaigns is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Bidding on branded terms, including "BBBGEM" and variations, is not allowed.
6.3. Affiliates must not compete with BBBGEM’s own paid advertising campaigns.
7. Content & Ethical Marketing
7.1. Affiliates must maintain ethical marketing practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
7.2. Promotions should be authentic and aligned with BBBGEM’s brand values.
7.3. Affiliates must disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with advertising and consumer protection regulations.
8. Program Termination & Modifications
8.1. BBBGEM reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms.
8.2. We may modify commission rates, program terms, or promotional materials at any time, with notice provided via AWIN.
8.3. Affiliates can leave the program anytime by removing our links and notifying AWIN.
9. Liability Disclaimer
9.1. BBBGEM is not responsible for any technical errors, tracking failures, or commission disputes caused by third-party platforms.
9.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate program at our discretion.
