AECOJOY Affiliate Program General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the AECOJOY Affiliate Program (the “Program”). Please read these terms carefully before participating. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Program Overview

The AECOJOY Affiliate Program is designed to collaborate with website owners, social media influencers, bloggers, and other online promoters (the “Affiliate”) to promote AECOJOY products. Affiliates earn commissions for valid sales generated through their referral links.

2. Enrollment & Account Management

To join the Program, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, payment information, and promotional channels.

AECOJOY reserves the right to reject any application or suspend/terminate accounts suspected of violating the terms.

Affiliates must keep their account credentials secure and not share them with others. AECOJOY is not responsible for any losses due to stolen or misused accounts.

3. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, ensuring promotions are truthful and not misleading.

Promotion through spam, false advertising, or other unethical methods is strictly prohibited.

Any use of AECOJOY brand, trademarks, or intellectual property must follow the official brand guidelines provided.

4. Commissions & Payment

Commissions are based on valid sales completed through affiliate links. Rates are determined by AECOJOY and may change periodically.

Commissions apply only to completed, paid orders. Refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent orders do not earn commissions.

Payment is usually processed monthly via the payment method provided by AECOJOY. Affiliates must provide valid payment details.

AECOJOY reserves the right to adjust commission policies at any time, with prior notice to affiliates.

5. Tax & Legal Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes; AECOJOY does not handle tax obligations for affiliates.

Affiliates must ensure their promotional activities do not infringe on third-party rights. Any legal issues arising from affiliate actions are the affiliate’s responsibility.

6. Termination

Affiliates may withdraw from the Program at any time.

AECOJOY may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account immediately for violations, fraud, or misconduct and may withhold unpaid commissions.

After termination, affiliates must still comply with confidentiality and intellectual property obligations.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Affiliates must not disclose non-public information related to the Program.

Any AECOJOY brand assets, logos, or promotional materials used are property of AECOJOY and are for authorized promotion purposes only.

8. Disclaimer

AECOJOY is not responsible for the affiliate’s promotional activities, website performance, third-party services, or any direct or indirect losses arising from participation in the Program.

9. Paid Advertising Policy

Affiliates are not allowed to promote AECOJOY using paid search advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other PPC advertising networks.

Affiliates are also prohibited from bidding on brand keywords including “AECOJOY”, “Aecojoy”, or any variations or misspellings.

Violation of this policy may result in commission cancellation and removal from the affiliate program.

10. Changes to Terms

AECOJOY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official website and will take effect immediately. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
