Tropeaka Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Program Eligibility
Publishers must have an active and relevant website, blog, or social media presence in the health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle niche. Tropeaka reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
Commission & Payments
Affiliates earn up to 6.4% commission per sale made through their unique affiliate links. A 30-day cookie window applies, ensuring commissions on purchases made within this timeframe. Commissions are paid via AWIN’s standard payment terms after verification of sales. Commissions are not awarded for:
Orders refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent.
Self-referrals or purchases made by the affiliate for personal use.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Tropeaka via websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media. Paid search (PPC) bidding on Tropeaka brand name or variations is strictly prohibited. False or misleading claims about Tropeaka’s products or benefits are not allowed. Affiliates must only use approved marketing materials provided by Tropeaka.
Coupon & Discount Policy
Affiliates may only promote official Tropeaka coupons found in the AWIN platform. Unauthorized discount codes, cashback, or incentives that manipulate tracking are not permitted.
Content & Brand Protection
Affiliates must not use Tropeaka’s name, logo, or branding in domain names, social media usernames, or unauthorized advertising. Negative or deceptive marketing practices, including spam, are prohibited.
Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate sales, cookies, or commissions will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings. Tropeaka reserves the right to audit affiliate activity and withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Program Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with notice. Affiliates who violate these terms will be removed without notice, and commissions may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms
Tropeaka reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via AWIN.
CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
Tropeaka welcomes approved CSS partners under the following conditions:
Pre-approval requirement: All CSS partners must receive written approval from Tropeaka before engaging in any paid shopping activities. Unauthorized activities may result in commission forfeiture or program suspension.
No bidding on brand terms: CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on Tropeaka brand names, trademarks, or variations (including misspellings) unless explicitly authorized.
Negative keyword matching: CSS partners must implement negative keyword matching for all brand-related terms to prevent competition with Tropeaka’s own paid search campaigns.
No Performance Max campaigns: Use of Google’s Performance Max campaigns is not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from Tropeaka. Violating this term may lead to a 0% commission rate and removal from the program.
Data feeds: CSS partners must use the official data feeds provided by Tropeaka through AWIN. Scraping or unauthorized collection of data from the Tropeaka website is prohibited.
