Nextrition Pet Affiliate Program Terms & ConditionsWelcome to the Nextrition Pet Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
1.1. To join the Nextrition Pet Affiliate Program, you must complete an application and be approved by our team.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must have a website, blog, social media presence, or other digital platform related to pet care, nutrition, or lifestyle.
2. Commission & Payment
2.1. Affiliates earn a 15% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link.
2.2. Commissions are only paid on completed purchases (excluding canceled orders, refunds, or chargebacks).
2.3. Payments are made via AWIN payment processing.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates may promote Nextrition Pet using approved banners, links, and marketing materials.
3.2. Affiliates may not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising, including false claims about Nextrition Pet products.
3.3. Affiliates may not bid on Nextrition Pet brand-related keywords in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
3.4. Email marketing and social media promotions must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored).
3.5. Coupon or discount sites must have prior approval before promoting Nextrition Pet offers.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Affiliates may not engage in spam, unethical marketing, or unauthorized promotions.
4.2. Affiliates may not promote Nextrition Pet on websites that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
4.3. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited.
5. Tracking & Attribution
5.1. Sales are tracked using cookies that remain active for 60 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this timeframe after clicking an affiliate link, the sale is credited to the affiliate.
5.2. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-click attribution model applies.
6. Termination & Modification
6.1. Nextrition Pet reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violating these terms.
6.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation by providing written notice.
6.3. Nextrition Pet may modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to affiliates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Nextrition Pet is not responsible for lost commissions due to tracking errors, technical issues, or fraudulent transactions.
7.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextrition Pet from any claims related to their participation in the program.
