| What reasons are commissions declined? |
| Order cancelled | | | Commissions will be declined if the order is cancelled by the customer or by us for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability. |
| Item was returned | | | Commissions will be declined if the item is returned by the customer for a refund, as the sale is no longer valid. |
| Customer failed credit check | | | If a customer’s payment fails verification or they do not pass a required credit check, the order will be cancelled and no commission will be paid. |
| Breach of programme terms and conditions | | | Commissions will be declined if the affiliate breaches our programme terms and conditions, including but not limited to unauthorised promotion methods, misrepresentation of our brand, or trademark bidding. |
