1. Brand Representation
To protect our brand integrity, affiliates must adhere to the following:
• Brand Name Usage: Our brand name must be used as provided—no alterations, abbreviations, or modifications are allowed.
• Product Descriptions: Affiliates must use only the official product descriptions and marketing materials we provide. Any modifications must be pre-approved.
• Imagery & Logos: Only official brand images, banners, and logos from our AWIN profile may be used. Modifying or distorting brand assets is not permitted.
2. Health Claims & Regulatory Compliance
As a health food brand, we are strictly regulated in the claims we can make. To ensure compliance, affiliates must follow these guidelines:
• No Unauthorised Health Claims: Affiliates must not make or imply any health claims beyond those officially provided in our product descriptions. This includes any statements suggesting our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases.
• Clear Disclaimer: Any content related to our products must state that we do not encourage, endorse, or take responsibility for any health claims made outside of our official materials.
• Regulatory Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising and health regulations, including ASA (Advertising Standards Authority), MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency), and CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) guidelines in the UK.

3. Prohibited Activities
To maintain brand integrity and compliance, affiliates must not:

• Bid on our brand name in PPC campaigns: Using our brand name, trademarks, or misspellings in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) is prohibited.
• Use unauthorised discount codes: Only official discount codes from AWIN or our brand promotions may be used.
• Impersonate our brand: Creating social media accounts, domains, or email addresses suggesting an official connection to our brand is strictly forbidden.
• Operate on restricted websites: Our brand must not be promoted on websites featuring adult content, hate speech, illegal activities, or any content that violates AWIN’s policies.
4. Content & Promotion Guidelines
• Approved Marketing Materials: We provide banners, product feeds, and written content for affiliate use. Custom content must be pre-approved.
• Social Media & Influencer Promotions: Affiliates may promote our brand on social media but must disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g., using #ad or “affiliate link” disclaimers).
• Email Marketing: Promotional emails must not impersonate our brand. All email marketing must comply with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
5. Breach of Guidelines
Failure to comply with these branding guidelines may result in:
• Commission forfeiture for non-compliant sales.
• Suspension or termination from the affiliate programme.
• Legal action for brand impersonation, false advertising, or regulatory breaches.
