AMYLYNN Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the AMYLYNN Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. 1.2. Affiliates must have an active social media presence, website, or platform relevant to fashion, modest wear, or luxury apparel. 1.3. AMYLYNN reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliates must promote AMYLYNN ethically and professionally. 2.2. Content should align with AMYLYNN’s brand image and values. 2.3. Affiliates must not misrepresent AMYLYNN’s products or brand. 2.4. False claims, misleading promotions, and unauthorized discounts are strictly prohibited. 2.5. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations and FTC disclosure requirements. 2.6. Expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from all platforms on the day of expiry. 2.7. Expired discounts and vouchers must not be shared with consumers through any means. 2.8. Only official discounts and vouchers provided by the Affiliate Account Manager may be promoted. 2.9. Discounts and vouchers may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly authorized by the Affiliate Account Manager.
3. Affiliate Links & Commissions
3.1. Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link or discount code. 3.2. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through an affiliate’s link. 3.3. Commission rates and payout structures will be communicated upon acceptance into the program. 3.4. Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions, including fake orders or returns, will not be counted.
PPC Policy: Bidding on AMYLYNN brand terms—including variations, domain names, and misspellings—is not allowed unless explicitly approved. Violations may result in sales being rejected and potential suspension from the program.
4. Payment & Payouts
4.1. Payments will be made via [Bank Transfer/PayPal] on a [monthly/quarterly] basis. 4.2. Any refunds or chargebacks will result in commission deductions.
Exclusions: VAT, delivery charges, gift cards, and Pre-Loved items do not qualify for commission.
5. Brand Representation & Restrictions
5.1. Affiliates may not use AMYLYNN’s name, logo, or images in a misleading manner. 5.2. Paid advertisements using AMYLYNN’s brand name require prior approval. 5.3. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spam marketing, coupon websites, or reseller activities.
6. Termination
6.1. AMYLYNN reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if these terms are violated. 6.2. Affiliates may leave the program at any time by providing written notice. 6.3. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at AMYLYNN’s discretion.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1. AMYLYNN is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from affiliate participation. 7.2. Earnings and success in the program are not guaranteed.
8. Modifications
8.1. AMYLYNN reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes.
