Thank you for your interest in the Leahlani Skincare Affiliate Program. By joining our program via Awin, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission & Payment
Commissions are earned on successful payments and validated 14 days after purchase.
Commissions are based on the final product total paid by the customer, excluding VAT, sales tax, credit card processing fees, shipping, or other charges.
We reserve the right to review and verify transactions for accuracy.
Commissions will not be paid on fraudulent, canceled, returned, or duplicate transactions.
2. Promotional Activities
Affiliates must accurately represent Leahlani Skincare, its products, and company practices.
Affiliates may not provide misleading or incorrect information.
Upon request, affiliates must remove any promotional content, links, or discount codes.
3. Website Downtime & Tracking Issues
While we strive to maintain an operational website and tracking system, we are not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues, including website downtime or broken tracking links.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links are active and functioning properly.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Affiliates may not use spam, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent methods to generate commissions.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Use
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Leahlani Skincare’s approved marketing materials.
Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or content is prohibited.
Any required corrections or edits must be made upon our request.
6. Term & Termination
This agreement is effective upon approval and setup as an affiliate via Awin.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.
Upon termination, all promotional activities must cease immediately, and outstanding commissions will be reviewed for validity before payout.
7. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Leahlani Skincare.
