Use of Voucher Codes
- Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that are expressly communicated through the Herbal Dog Co affiliate channel.
- Herbal Dog Co reserve the right to decline commissions whereby an unauthorised voucher code has been used. This includes instances whereby a sale has utilised a code reserved for another promotional channel, including CRM (e.g ‘Welcome’ codes).
- Affiliates must not promote ‘fake’ or ‘invented’ discount codes.
- Continued promotion of unauthorised or ‘fake’ voucher codes may result in suspension from the affiliate programme.
- Whereby voucher codes have been issued with an expiry date attached, this must be clearly communicated during promotion. Upon expiry date, voucher codes must be removed promptly from promotion, unless otherwise advised.
- In the instance a voucher code has been provided to an affiliate on an exclusive basis, all other affiliates are requested to respect this exclusivity and not promote such a code unless it has been issued specifically to them. If affiliates actively promote another affiliate’s exclusive code, Herbal Dog Co reserve the right to decline commissions on all sales using such a code.
Validations
- All commissions will be validated on a 30-day period, commencing from the date of transaction.
Non-Commissionable Products
All Trade orders are non-commissionable through the affiliate channel.
Domain Usage
- Affiliates are not permitted to operate, own, or bid on, any domains which utilise the brand name of ‘Herbal Dog Co’ or any misspellings of the brand name, including, but not limited to, the following:

- The above also applies to subdomains.
PPC Policy - PPC campaigns utilising trademarked terms, or misspellings of trademarked terms, are strictly prohibited through the Herbal Dog Co affiliate program, unless express prior consent has been provided by the Affiliate Manager.
- We request affiliates to negatively match against any brand or product terms, or misspellings of brand or product terms.
- Trademark terms include both brand name, and product names
- This policy is inclusive of, but not limited to, Google, Bing and Meta
Creative
- Herbal Dog Co asks all affiliates to refrain from altering any creative available within the Awin platform.
- Affiliates are asked to integrate creative directly from Awin, as opposed to hardcoding creative, to allow automated updates as necessary.

Herbal Dog Co reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
By accepting an invitation to the Herbal Dog Co affiliate program, you agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions detailed within the Awin interface. Any publisher shown to be running activity which contradicts these Terms and Conditions, may have their commissions declined, and/or their affiliate partnership terminated.
