### **CasaLatina Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions**
By joining the CasaLatina Affiliate Programme via AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
#### **1\. Eligibility**
To participate in the CasaLatina Affiliate Programme, you must:
Have an active AWIN account
Own or operate a relevant website, blog, newsletter, or social media presence
Promote CasaLatina products in a manner consistent with our brand values
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
#### **2\. Commission & Payment**
Commission is paid on **net sales value (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns)**.
Our standard commission rate is **\[5–15%\]** per qualifying sale.
The **cookie window is 30 days**, meaning you’ll be credited for purchases made within 60 days of a click.
Commission will be tracked and paid through the AWIN platform in accordance with their payment schedule.
No commission will be paid on cancelled, returned, or refunded orders.
#### **3\. Promotional Guidelines**
You may use approved CasaLatina banners, logos, and imagery provided through AWIN.
You must not misrepresent the CasaLatina brand or products.
All promotions should be in line with our values—ethical, respectful, and consistent with a luxury and artisan positioning.
Affiliates must **not engage in PPC bidding** on branded keywords (e.g. “CasaLatina”, “CasaLatina tableware”, etc.).
Any use of unapproved discount codes or misleading promotions may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of commission.
#### **4\. Brand Use & Intellectual Property**
All CasaLatina content (logos, images, copy, etc.) remains the intellectual property of CasaLatina.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our materials solely for affiliate promotion purposes.
Any unauthorised modification or distribution of assets is strictly prohibited.
#### **5\. Termination**
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate programme at any time, with or without cause.
CasaLatina reserves the right to remove any affiliate who violates these terms, misrepresents the brand, or engages in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, all use of CasaLatina materials must cease immediately.
#### **6\. Compliance with Laws**
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards, including the **UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code)** and **disclosure guidelines** for affiliate marketing (e.g. making affiliate relationships transparent).
#### **7\. Limitation of Liability**
CasaLatina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate programme. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability or performance of our website or tracking systems.
#### **8\. Governing Law**
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
