By joining and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 30% commission on all referred sales made through their unique affiliate link. Commission will be paid on the final purchase amount after any applicable discounts, returns, or chargebacks.
2. Eligibility
Our program is open to all affiliates, but we particularly focus on publishers, content creators, and apps (e.g., Capital One Shopping, Skimlinks). To join, you must complete the affiliate application and be approved by us. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at our discretion.
3. Tracking and Payment
Affiliate sales are tracked through your unique referral link. Payments will be made monthly, via the payment method set up in your affiliate account, once a minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached. Unpaid commissions under this threshold will roll over to the next month.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
- Use only approved promotional materials (e.g., links, banners, and images).
- Promote the brand and its products in a manner that aligns with our values and brand image.
- Not engage in misleading or unethical marketing tactics, including but not limited to false advertising, cookie-stuffing, or misleading paid search ads.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using affiliate links in email marketing unless otherwise approved.
- Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., our brand name) in paid search ads.
- Promoting our products in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Using aggressive marketing tactics that may damage the brand reputation.
6. Product Availability & Pricing
While we strive to keep product availability and pricing consistent, we reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue items without prior notice. Affiliates will not be compensated for sales that are refunded or cancelled.
7. Termination of Program
We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer be entitled to commissions for sales made after the termination date.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep all affiliate program details confidential, including commission rates, promotional strategies, and any proprietary information provided by us.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via email or within their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
