SoSweet Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the SoSweet Affiliate Programme on AWIN. By joining our programme, affiliates agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Programme Overview
The SoSweet Affiliate Programme is designed to reward affiliates for referring customers to our online store through tracked affiliate links.
Approved affiliates will earn a commission for valid sales made via their unique tracking links.
2. Commission & Payment
Commission Structure: Approved commission rates will be outlined within the AWIN platform and may be subject to change at SoSweet's discretion.
Payment Terms: Commission payments are made only upon receipt of customer payment. If an order is refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, no commission will be paid.
Auto Validation Period: Commissions are auto-validated within 21 days from the transaction date, subject to order verification.
Tracking Attribution Period (Cookie Length): 30 days – Sales attributed to an affiliate’s link will be valid within 30 days of the customer's initial visit.
Currency: All payments will be made in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
3. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates are not permitted to:
- Attempt to look like the official SoSweet brand.
- Use a domain name similar to SoSweet’s official website.

- Change the appearance of any SoSweet logos or brand names.

- Use SoSweet’s official product images, logos or marketing assets without prior approval. Only approved creatives provided via AWIN may be used for promotion.
4. De-Duplication Policy
All sales made via the affiliate channel will be de-duplicated against other SoSweet sales channels, including PPC, display, and email marketing.

5. Discount Code Policy
Only discount codes provided through the AWIN platform are eligible for commission.
Any sales made using non-approved discount codes will have their commissions declined.
6. Email Marketing Policy
If you want to send a solus email campaign promoting SoSweet, you must contact us first for approval.
No other email activity is permitted under this programme.
7. PPC Policy
Direct linking, brand bidding, and the use of trademarked brand terms are strictly prohibited.

Affiliates must not use the word “official” in any advertisements for SoSweet products.
8. Social Media Advertising
Affiliates are not permitted to post on any SoSweet social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to drive referral traffic.
Any unauthorised social media activity may result in account suspension.
9. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must ensure all promotions are truthful, accurate, and comply with UK advertising regulations (including ASA and CAP guidelines).
Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Prohibited Traffic Sources: Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing, misleading domain variations, or fake transactions to generate sales.
10. Fraud & Policy Violations
Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or artificial transactions, will result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
SoSweet reserves the right to audit affiliate traffic sources and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
11. Programme Amendments & Termination
SoSweet reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate programme at any time without prior notice.
Affiliates will be notified of any major changes to commission structures or payment terms.
Either party may terminate participation in the programme at any time via written notice through AWIN.
12. Liability & Disputes
SoSweet is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this programme.
In the event of a dispute, SoSweet’s decision is final.
This agreement is governed by UK law, and any disputes will be settled in UK courts.
