Affiliates must not make false claims, exaggerated discounts, or misleading promotions.

Above & Below must not be associated with controversial or negative content.
2. Discount Code & Voucher Policy
Only approved discount codes from Above & Below may be promoted.
Unauthorized code sharing, including customer-generated codes, is prohibited.
3. Social Media & Influencer Promotion
Affiliates may not create unofficial Above & Below social media pages or impersonate the brand.
Any brand mentions must align with Above & Below’s aesthetic, tone of voice, and values.
Spammy, misleading, or low-quality content is strictly prohibited.
4. Email Marketing Restrictions
No mass email campaigns using Above & Below branding unless pre-approved.
Misleading subject lines or unauthorised use of brand email templates are not allowed.
5. Prohibited Website Types
Affiliates may not place Above & Below on adult, gambling, political, or controversial sites.
Coupon farms, unauthorised cashback schemes, and misleading review sites posing as Above & Below are prohibited.
6. Breach of Guidelines & Consequences
Any violation of these guidelines may result in commission forfeiture, account termination, and/or legal action.
Above & Below reserves the right to review and amend these terms at any time.
