Welcome to the BĀEO Community! We’re grateful for your partnership in helping us grow a community of skincare lovers who value organic, sustainable, and eco-friendly beauty. To ensure a fair and ethical collaboration, all affiliates must follow the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility & Enrollment
Affiliates must be approved by BĀEO before participating in the program. We reserve the right to deny any application that does not align with our brand values, audience, or ethical marketing practices. Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media presence related to beauty, wellness, skincare, sustainability, lifestyle, or parenting.
Commission & Payout
Affiliates earn 15% commission on each eligible sale. The average order value ranges from $32–$40. Payouts are processed directly through Awin in accordance with their standard payout schedule.
Prohibited Activities
A. Discount Codes & Coupon Restrictions: Only BĀEO-approved discount codes provided by our team may be promoted. Use of unapproved coupon codes or codes found on third-party sites is strictly prohibited. Discount codes may not be listed on coupon or deal sites. Use of “discount,” “promo,” or “coupon” keywords in paid search ads or domains is not allowed. Personal affiliate discount codes must only be promoted through authentic content (social media, blogs, email) with proper FTC disclosure.
B. Paid Search & Bidding Restrictions: Affiliates may not bid on BĀEO-branded keywords (e.g., “BĀEO,” “BĀEO skincare,” “BĀEO discount”) in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search platforms. No direct linking to BĀEO’s website via paid search ads.
C. Misrepresentation & False Advertising: Affiliates must accurately represent BĀEO products. Misleading claims, exaggerated promises, or false endorsements are prohibited. Example: Claims such as “cures eczema” or “eliminates all wrinkles instantly” are not allowed.
D. Trademark & Brand Violations: Affiliates may not use the BĀEO logo, trademarks, or images without written permission. Creating fake or impersonation social media accounts using BĀEO’s name or branding is strictly prohibited.
E. Email & Spam Marketing: Sending unsolicited emails (“spam”) promoting BĀEO is prohibited. Affiliates must comply with all CAN-SPAM regulations and include a clear opt-out option.
F. Website Content Restrictions: Affiliates may not promote BĀEO on websites containing hate speech, violence, discrimination, or adult content. Affiliates may not promote on websites containing illegal or unethical content, including pirated materials.
G. Reselling & Unauthorized Distribution: Affiliates may not resell BĀEO products or list them on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). All sales must be directed to BĀEO’s official website via approved affiliate links.
FTC Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their partnership with BĀEO in compliance with FTC guidelines. Examples of proper disclosures include: “This post contains affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you make a purchase.” Use of #ad, #sponsored, or #BAEOpartner on social posts is required when promoting BĀEO.
Program Termination & Violations
BĀEO reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for violating this agreement. If prohibited activities occur, commissions may be withheld or reversed.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By participating in the BĀEO Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and Awin’s Terms of Use. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in termination from the program.
