General Content of Riskify’s Terms – Awin Affiliate Programme

1. OVERVIEW

Welcome to the Riskify Affiliate Programme! By joining through Awin, you agree to promote Riskify in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and Awin’s network policies. The programme is designed to reward affiliates for driving qualified customers to Riskify’s AI-powered risk intelligence platform. Key expectations include:

  • Promoting Riskify ethically and transparently.
  • Adhering to brand guidelines and content review protocols (see Section 2).
  • Understanding commission eligibility criteria, including fraud prevention measures (Section 3).

2. REVIEW OF CONTENT THAT CAN BE PUBLISHED

To maintain Riskify’s reputation and legal compliance, all promotional content must adhere to the following:
✅ Approved Content:

  • Use of official Riskify marketing assets (e.g., logos, banners, product descriptions).
  • Factual claims about Riskify’s capabilities, such as:
  • “AI-driven risk assessments for ESG, supply chain, and compliance.”
  • “50% commission share for referrals via the Awin programme.”
  • Promotion via channels like social media, blogs, newsletters, or websites.
    ❌ Prohibited Content:
  • Misleading claims (e.g., “Riskify guarantees risk elimination”).
  • Unapproved discounts, coupons, or pricing terms.
  • Spam (e.g., unsolicited bulk emails or fake reviews).
  • Content violating intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
    ⚠️ Pre-Approval Required For:
  • Claims about Riskify’s partnerships or client testimonials.
  • Custom videos or infographics not provided in the affiliate toolkit.

3. REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS IS CONSIDERED FRAUD

To protect against fraudulent activity:

  • Refunds & Chargebacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or chargeback within 30 days of purchase, the transaction will be flagged for review.
  • Fraudulent Referrals: Commissions from refunded transactions will be revoked, and repeated cases may result in:
  • Termination from the programme.
  • Forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
  • Legal liability for damages.
  • Dispute Process: Affiliates may contest fraud claims by providing evidence of legitimate promotion (e.g., traffic logs, campaign screenshots).

4. OTHER SUPPLEMENTS

  • Commission Payouts: Commission payouts will be made as per the agreed terms, and affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold set by Awin.
  • Affiliate Link Usage: You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are correctly implemented and not misused.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: Affiliates are responsible for complying with all relevant local laws, including tax regulations and consumer protection laws.
  • Changes to Terms: Riskify reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify affiliates of any changes in advance.
  • Termination: Riskify reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms or any actions deemed detrimental to the program or Riskify’s reputation.
