**Commission Structure**
• Commission is paid **only on new customer orders** placed through your unique affiliate link.
• Existing customers and repeat purchases are not eligible for commission.
• Commission rates are competitive and may be subject to adjustments based on performance and promotional campaigns.
**Cookie Policy**
• We offer a **30-day cookie window**, meaning you’ll earn commission on any new customer purchases made within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link.
• If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the commission is awarded to the last referrer.
**Payment & Tracking**
• All transactions are tracked and reported via AWIN’s platform.
• Payments are processed through AWIN according to their standard payment schedule.
• Heights is not responsible for tracking errors or discrepancies caused by third-party technologies.
**Affiliate Conduct**
To maintain a high-quality partnership, affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
✅ **Brand Representation** – Affiliates must accurately represent Heights and its products, avoiding misleading claims.
✅ **Ethical Promotion** – No spam, false advertising, or aggressive discounting that devalues the brand.
✅ **PPC & Paid Media Restrictions** – Direct bidding on brand keywords (e.g., “Heights supplements”) is not permitted. Affiliates must not outbid or compete with Heights’ official advertising campaigns.
✅ **Voucher Codes** – Only official Heights affiliate vouchers may be promoted. Unauthorized use of discount codes will result in commission voiding.
**Prohibited Activities**
❌ No use of deceptive marketing, fake reviews, or misleading claims.
❌ No domain squatting, impersonation, or unauthorized brand usage.
❌ No promotion on illegal or inappropriate websites, including adult, gambling, or hate content.
**Programme Termination**
• Heights reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the programme at any time if found in violation of these terms.
• Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activity, unauthorized PPC bidding, or misuse of promotions will have their commissions voided and may be banned from future participation.
