1. General Terms
This affiliate program is managed by CBD.market, a company dedicated to providing high-quality CBD products.
The goal of the CBD.market Affiliate Programme is to reward affiliates for driving sales through approved promotional methods.
We prioritize partnerships with:
✔ Publishers who generate organic search traffic from non-branded CBD-related queries.
✔ Large publishers and content platforms.
✔ Influencers and bloggers within the wellness and CBD niche.
✔ Email marketers who promote our brand to their own subscriber lists.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all eligible sales.
Commissions are paid after a 30-day return period to ensure no refunds or chargebacks occur.
3. Cookie Attribution Period
The affiliate tracking cookie duration is 30 days.
If a customer makes a purchase within this period after clicking an affiliate’s link, the commission will be attributed.
4. Promotional Codes Policy
Affiliates cannot create or distribute unauthorized discount codes.
No commissions will be paid on sales driven by branded coupon-related queries, such as:
✔ "CBD.market coupon"
✔ "CBD.market discount code"
✔ "CBD.market promo"
✔ Variations and misspellings of these terms.
5. PPC Advertising Policy
Bidding on CBD.market brand terms is strictly prohibited in any paid search campaign, including but not limited to Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Affiliates must add all CBD.market brand-related terms to their negative keyword lists.
Violations of this policy may result in commission cancellations and removal from the program.
6. Brand & Content Usage
Affiliates may not modify CBD.market branding materials, including logos, images, and other intellectual property.
Any promotional content must be approved in writing before use.
Affiliates cannot imply an official partnership with CBD.market outside the affiliate program.
7. Traffic & Content Restrictions
Affiliates cannot promote CBD.market on websites featuring:
✔ Adult content
✔ Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory material
✔ Pirated or illegal content
The use of automated mass email campaigns without prior approval is prohibited.
8. Notice Period for Changes
CBD.market reserves the right to update these terms and will provide at least 7 days’ notice before implementing significant changes.
Affiliates will be notified at least seven days in advance if the website undergoes updates that may cause downtime.
9. Termination of Affiliate Accounts
CBD.market reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts without notice if there is evidence of:
✔ Fraudulent activity
✔ Violation of any programme policies
✔ Misuse of promo codes or brand assets
