Moo Elixir Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the Moo Elixir Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This Agreement serves as a legal framework for our partnership and outlines the rules affiliates must follow.
1. Program Participation: Participation in the Moo Elixir Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who meet the program’s eligibility requirements and have been approved by Moo Elixir. Affiliates must maintain a valid Awin account to track sales and commissions.
2. Commission & Payments: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all qualified sales generated through their unique referral link. Commission payments are processed by Awin according to their payment schedule and terms.
3. Prohibited Activities: Moo Elixir reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation for violating the following restrictions:
Misleading Marketing: Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Moo Elixir products or results.
Trademark & Copyright Infringement: Affiliates may not use Moo Elixir trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without explicit permission.
Spamming: Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited bulk emails, excessive commenting, or forum posts solely to generate affiliate links.
Paid Search Ads: Affiliates may not bid on Moo Elixir-branded keywords or use our name in paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) unless authorized.
Cookie Stuffing & Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate sales or commissions through cookie stuffing or fraudulent activity is prohibited.
Negative Reviews or Content: Affiliates may not publish misleading or harmful content about Moo Elixir or its products.
Promoting to Minors: Affiliates must not target individuals under 18 in their marketing or promotions.
4. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including FTC rules on affiliate marketing and endorsements. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Moo Elixir clearly when promoting products on websites, blogs, or social media.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Moo Elixir may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation for violations of these terms or if the affiliate engages in behavior detrimental to Moo Elixir’s reputation or business interests.
6. Awin Terms of Use: Affiliates are bound by the Awin Terms of Use, which govern sales tracking and commission processing. Affiliates should review and understand these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability: Moo Elixir is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including lost profits, revenue, or data breaches, except as required by law.
