1. Introduction
ESSX NYC, partners with affiliates through AWIN to promote our products. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
• Affiliates must operate a website, social media channel, or other digital platform that aligns with ESSX’s brand values.
• We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates that promote inappropriate, illegal, or unethical content.
• Coupon or cashback sites may be restricted or subject to approval.
3. Commission Structure
• Standard commission: Up to 7% per sale (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns).
• Cookie duration: 30 days.
• Commission applies to approved sales only, excluding refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Promotional Guidelines
• Affiliates may use banners, text links, and other assets provided by ESSX via AWIN.
• Use of discount codes must be authorized by ESSX. Unauthorized use may result in commission denial.
• PPC (pay-per-click) advertising on ESSX brand terms or misspellings is strictly prohibited.
• Email marketing must comply with GDPR and obtain prior approval from ESSX.
5. Payment & Reporting
• Commissions are tracked via AWIN and paid according to AWIN’s payment schedule.
• ESSX reserves the right to void commissions from fraudulent or non-compliant sales.
6. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are not allowed to:
• Promote ESSX through misleading claims, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent techniques.
• Resell ESSX products without prior authorization.
• Receive commissions on their own purchases.
7. Program Termination
• ESSX reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violating these terms.
• Affiliates may also leave the program at their discretion via AWIN.
8. Modification of Terms
• ESSX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to revised terms.
