Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Media Partners are prohibited from using Advertiser’s trademarked name in any ad copy within any paid search campaign. This includes "OtterBox" and "Otter Box". Use of any misspellings/variations of Advertiser’s trademarked name is also NOT permitted.

Search Campaigns - Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
No Media Partner is permitted to use Advertiser’s trademarked name in any SEM (PPC) efforts. This means that Media Partners are not allowed to bid on ANY terms that contain Advertiser’s trademarked name, "OtterBox" or "Otter Box" (or any variations/misspellings thereof). Media Partners are allowed to bid on any non-trademarked terms such as "iPod cases" or "BlackBerry cases," etc. Any Media Partner caught violating this rule will be removed from the OtterBox Australia Affiliate Program and OtterBox.asia Affliate Programme.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
Media Partners are not permitted to use Advertiser’s trademarked name in any base URLs (TLDs). For example: www.otterbox-cases.com is not allowed. Using Advertisers trademarked name in Media Partner’s folder naming system is, however, allowed. For example: www.casewebsite.com/otterbox is allowed.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content
Media Partners are not allowed to start Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media pages called 'OtterBox.' If you utilize the Facebook 'Like' button, all Media Partners must make sure that the hidden Facebook Pages created can NOT be confused with the OtterBox Facebook Fan Page. Before engaging in any Social Media Marketing about OtterBox products, please consult your Dedicated Account Manager or email australia@navigatedigital.com.
Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites
Any websites that contain or link to websites containing nudity or pornography will not be admitted into the program. Any website that promotes gambling or violence or violent attitudes or promotes discrimination in ANY form will not be permitted. Any website that violates any of Advertiser’s property rights, and any website that engages in email activity that does now follow the CAN-SPAM act will not be permitted into the OtterBox.com.au Affiliate Program and otterbox.asia Affiliate Program.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites
Media Partners will only use Creative (be it image or text links) that is supplied by Advertiser. If a Media Partner has some special needs, it is imperative that they contact Advertiser so Advertiser can give them creative with PROPER branding. Any Media Partner caught in violation of this rule will be contacted immediately.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
Media Partners may use any coupons or promotional codes that are provided through the affiliate program or otherwise available to the public.
Non-Commissionable Items
All product returns will generate negative Payouts. add your program terms.
