Frolic & Fun Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Frolic & Fun Affiliate Program! By joining our program on Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • We welcome websites, blogs, and social media influencers related to parenting, kids' activities, educational play, and home lifestyle.
  • We do not accept sites that promote offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.

2. Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: 5% on every successful sale.
  • Cookie Duration: 30 days – You receive credit for purchases made within 30 days of the initial click.
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly through Awin, subject to a minimum payout threshold as specified by Awin.

3. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote Frolic & Fun products using provided banners, text links, and product images.
  • Prohibited Activities:
    • No false claims or misleading advertising.
    • No use of spam, unsolicited emails, or pop-ups to promote affiliate links.
    • No bidding on branded keywords, including “Frolic & Fun,” “Frolic & Fun Play Couch,” or related terms in search engines.
    • No use of coupon sites without prior approval.

4. Discounts & Promotions

  • Affiliates may only promote discounts and promotional offers provided explicitly through the affiliate program.
  • Unauthorized promotions, including unapproved coupon codes or discounts, are prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Frolic & Fun grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our brand assets, including logos and images, for the sole purpose of promoting our products.
  • Modifying or altering brand assets without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

  • Frolic & Fun reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, without notice, if these terms and conditions are violated.
  • Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying Frolic & Fun via Awin’s platform.

7. Commission Reversals

  • Commissions may be reversed for the following reasons:
    • Canceled orders, returns, or refunds.
    • Use of unauthorized or fraudulent methods to generate sales.
    • Violation of promotional guidelines or program terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Frolic & Fun will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

9. Modification of Terms

  • Frolic & Fun reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via Awin’s platform or email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Frolic & Fun’s operating jurisdiction.
