CRIMPiT Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Program Eligibility
1.1. The CRIMPiT affiliate program is open to publishers registered on AWIN.
1.2. We accept publishers who operate websites, blogs, social media pages, email marketing lists, or other digital marketing channels aligned with our brand values.
1.3. CRIMPiT reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
2. Commissions & Payments
2.1. Affiliates earn a commission for each valid sale generated through their unique affiliate links.
2.2. The commission structure and rates are detailed on our AWIN program page and may be adjusted at CRIMPiT’s discretion.
2.3. Payments are processed via AWIN, following their standard payout schedules.
2.4. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates must only use approved marketing materials provided by CRIMPiT via AWIN.
3.2. Any misleading claims, false advertising, or spam tactics (including bulk emails without consent) are strictly prohibited.
3.3. Affiliates may not bid on CRIMPiT brand-related keywords in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
3.4. Direct linking to our website via PPC ads is not permitted.
3.5. CRIMPiT reserves the right to request the removal or modification of any promotional content that does not align with our brand guidelines.
4. Cookie Duration & Tracking
4.1. The program uses a 30-day cookie window, meaning affiliates earn commissions on sales made within 30 days of a referred visit.
4.2. Only last-click attribution applies unless otherwise specified in special promotions.
5. Order Cancellations & Returns
5.1. Commissions are only valid for completed transactions that are not refunded, canceled, or disputed.
5.2. If a customer requests a refund or cancels an order, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.
6. Compliance & Brand Integrity
6.1. Affiliates must not misrepresent CRIMPiT, its products, or its pricing in any way.
6.2. Affiliates may not run promotions on websites with illegal, adult, offensive, or misleading content.
6.3. The use of CRIMPiT’s logo, images, and branding must comply with our brand guidelines.
7. Termination & Account Suspension
7.1. CRIMPiT reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account that violates these terms.
7.2. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activity (e.g., fake orders, self-referrals, cookie stuffing) will be immediately removed, and commissions forfeited.
7.3. Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing written notice.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. CRIMPiT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
9. CSS Partner Terms
9.1. Bidding Restrictions
CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on CRIMPiT brand terms (including brand name variations, misspellings, or trademarked terms) across all search engines and paid channels.
9.2. Permitted Targeting
CSS partners may only target generic product-related keywords and are not permitted to use CRIMPiT’s brand name or any confusingly similar terms in campaigns.
9.3. Compliance & Consequences
This policy protects our brand integrity and ensures fair visibility across channels. Violations may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
By signing up for the CRIMPiT Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.
