Stayuth™ Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Stayuth™ Affiliate Program! We value your partnership and are excited to offer you the opportunity to earn commissions by promoting Stayuth™’s advanced Korean skincare. To ensure transparency and fairness, please carefully review and adhere to the following terms.
1. Commission Structure & Payouts
- Affiliates earn a 15% commission on all eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Commissions are calculated based on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Payments are processed monthly via the AWIN platform, with a $20 minimum payout threshold.
- Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or self-referrals will result in commission forfeiture.
2. Prohibited Advertising & Marketing Methods
To maintain brand integrity and compliance, affiliates CANNOT:
🚫 PPC Advertising Restrictions
- No pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is allowed on any platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Affiliates may not bid on branded or related terms (e.g., "Stayuth," "Stayuth Skincare," "best Korean skincare").
🚫 Other Prohibited Promotional Tactics
- Do not promote Stayuth™ on adult, illegal, hate speech, or deceptive content websites.
- Do not use misleading claims, false endorsements, or deceptive advertising.
- Do not impersonate Stayuth™ or claim official brand representation.
3. Fraud Prevention & Unethical Practices
To prevent fraud, affiliates MUST NOT:
- Use fake referrals, bots, or artificial traffic to manipulate earnings.
- Engage in cookie stuffing (forcing a user to receive an affiliate cookie without their consent).
- Use self-referrals or create multiple accounts to earn commissions.
- Mislead customers or use “scare tactics” to promote Stayuth™.
- Purchase products using their own affiliate link (self-purchases).
Any violations will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.
4. Brand Representation & Content Usage
- Affiliates must use official Stayuth™ branding and promotional materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.
- Any custom creatives or edited Stayuth™ content must be pre-approved before use.
- Affiliates must not modify Stayuth™ logos, trademarks, or product claims.
5. FTC & Legal Compliance
- Affiliates must disclose their partnership with Stayuth™ in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission for purchases made through my link.”).
- Affiliates must adhere to the advertising laws of their respective countries.
- Failure to comply with legal requirements may result in immediate termination.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
Stayuth™ reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for:
✅Fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.
✅Misrepresenting Stayuth™ or engaging in unethical marketing.
✅Not generating sales for more than 6 months (inactive accounts may be deactivated).
Termination will result in immediate loss of commissions and account access.
7. Program Modifications & Policy Updates
Stayuth™ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or their dashboard. Continued participation constitutes agreement to any changes.
