Welcome to the Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery Affiliate Programme on Awin. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in our affiliate program. By applying to and/or joining our program, you (“the Publisher”) agree to abide by the following T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not participate.

Programme Overview

• Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery designs and sells fine and bespoke jewellery.
• Through our Awin affiliate programme, approved Publishers can earn commission by promoting Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery via their websites, social media, emails, pay-per-click (PPC), or other approved channels (as specified in these T&Cs).

Publisher Benefits

• Upon approval, Publishers may receive:
  • Access to creative assets (banners, images, logos)
  • Promotional and styling guidelines
  • Potential increased commission rates for new Publishers or special promotions
  • Dedicated affiliate support

Acceptance into the Programme

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Publishers must comply with these T&Cs, plus all relevant laws, advertising standards, and any policies stated by Awin.

Duration

• Your participation begins upon acceptance to our Awin affiliate program and continues until terminated by either party as outlined in these T&Cs.

Default Rate

• Our standard commission rate is 5% of the net sale amount (excluding VAT, shipping, and other fees).

Variable Commission

• Commissions may vary depending on:
  • Product type: e.g., fine jewellery vs. custom pieces.
  • Customer type: new vs. returning.
  • Publisher type: content sites, cashback, influencer, etc.
  • Basket value: higher-value purchases may attract an enhanced rate.

Changes to Commission

• Any change to commission rates will be announced through Awin in accordance with the notice period (see Section 10).

Order & Returns Policy

• Commissions are validated after orders are shipped and the return window has passed.
• If an order is cancelled or returned, the associated commission is reversed.

Validation Timeline

• We typically validate commissions 30 days post-purchase to account for returns, cancellations, or fraud checks.

Eligible Transactions

• Only valid purchases made via your unique affiliate link/tracking are eligible.
• The order must be fully paid for and not returned or cancelled within the stated return window.

Invalid Transactions

• Orders placed with invalid or unapproved voucher codes.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Orders that do not meet criteria above.

Breaches of Policy

• Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery reserves the right to:
  • Revoke commissions for any breach of these T&Cs or Awin’s policies.
  • Suspend or terminate your account for unauthorized activities (e.g., brand bidding, spam, fraudulent transactions).

Dispute Resolution

• You may contact us at hello@poppyelder.com to dispute commission reversals or account suspensions. We will review disputes in good faith.

Permitted Codes

• Only voucher or promotional codes provided explicitly via Awin or approved communication channels are valid.
• Promotion of codes from unauthorised sources is strictly prohibited.

Code Misuse

• Transactions using unapproved, expired, or invalid voucher codes will be disqualified and commissions reversed.

Duration

• The default cookie period for Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery on Awin is 30 days. If a user does not convert within this timeframe, no commission is tracked.

Adjustments

• If we modify the cookie period, we will notify Publishers in compliance with the notice period (Section 10).

Restricted Terms

• Publishers may not use Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery’s trademarks, brand name, or domain name variations as keywords or in ad copy without prior written consent.

Enforcement

• Unauthorised brand bidding or breach of PPC policy may result in commission reversals and/or suspension from the program.

Additional PPC Notes

• If you are unsure about PPC guidelines, please contact us for clarification before running campaigns.

Commissionable Amount

• Commission is calculated on the net purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and other fees).
• Certain product lines (e.g., limited editions, gift cards) may be excluded; these exclusions will be noted on Awin if applicable.

Order Declines

• Orders cancelled, returned, or flagged for fraud are ineligible for commission.

Brand Representation

• Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery must always be spelled correctly in promotions.
• All logos and creatives must be used “as is.” Do not alter without written permission.

Prohibited Sites

• Our brand may not appear on sites with offensive, illegal, or defamatory content.

If No Specific Guidelines

• If no other branding restrictions apply, please state “No further branding guidelines” to ensure completeness of your affiliate profile.

Minimum Notice

• We provide at least 7 days’ notice for major changes to these T&Cs or our Awin programme unless an urgent legal requirement demands shorter notice.
• Notice will be posted on Awin or sent via the Awin communications system.

Publisher Suspensions

• In non-critical situations, we will attempt to provide a notice period for suspension. Severe breaches may result in immediate action.

Publisher Types

• We collaborate with a variety of publisher models (content, loyalty, cashback, voucher, influencer, PPC, etc.).
• Restrictions (if any) on specific publisher types will be stated here (e.g., “No adult or illegal content sites.”).

Approval Process

• Publishers must accurately represent their promotional methods upon application.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any Publisher whose content or methods conflict with our brand values.

Definition & Purpose

• De-duplication ensures only one channel (affiliate, PPC, display, etc.) is rewarded per sale, based on a last-click model.

Applicable Channels

• If we de-dupe against certain marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, social ads), these will be listed in the Awin programme’s De-Duplication tab.
• Publishers are encouraged to review this tab before promoting Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery.

Implementation

• If de-duplication is introduced or updated after launch, we will adhere to the notice period in Section 10.
• We aim to remain transparent so Publishers can make informed decisions about resource allocation and promotion strategies.

Feedback & Collaboration

• We value Publisher input and are open to suggestions for collaborative promotions, creative usage, or new ideas to boost performance.

Revision History

• Changes to these T&Cs are logged and viewable in Awin’s history for full transparency.

Limitation of Liability

• Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate programme.

Severability

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

• These T&Cs and referenced documents constitute the entire agreement regarding the Awin affiliate programme between you and Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery.
