These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Charava Affiliate Program (“Program”) through AWIN. By joining, affiliates agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility & Approval
1.1. Affiliates must apply through AWIN and receive approval from Charava before promoting products.
1.2. Charava reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates at its discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must operate legal websites and marketing channels, free from misleading, offensive, or prohibited content.
2. Commission & Payment
2.1. Affiliates earn commissions on valid sales generated through their unique tracking links.
2.2. Commission rates are set within AWIN and may be adjusted by Charava at any time.
2.3. Payments are processed by AWIN according to their payout schedule and policies.
2.4. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not eligible for commission.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates may use Charava’s approved banners, links, and marketing materials.
3.2. Prohibited Activities:
• Misleading advertising, false claims, or deceptive marketing.
• Bidding on Charava-branded keywords (e.g., “Charava supplements”) in paid search campaigns.
• Promoting Charava through spam, pop-ups, or unauthorized email marketing.
3.3. Affiliates may not modify Charava’s branding, logos, or promotional materials without written permission.
4. Compliance & Legal Obligations
4.1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including UK Advertising Standards, GDPR, and AWIN policies.
4.2. Clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship is required on all promotional content (e.g., “This page contains affiliate links”).
4.3. Charava is not responsible for any tax obligations related to affiliate earnings.
5. Termination & Violations
5.1. Charava reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violations of this agreement.
5.2. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., cookie stuffing, fake leads) will be immediately removed, and commissions may be forfeited.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. Charava provides the affiliate program “as is” and does not guarantee specific earnings or site performance.
6.2. Charava is not responsible for affiliate website errors, downtime, or inaccuracies.
7. Amendments
7.1. Charava may update these terms at any time, and affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
