By joining the Brisks.co.uk affiliate program on Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn 5% commission on all tracked and approved sales attributed to Awin.
- Commission is paid on the net sale amount (excluding VAT, delivery fees, and refunds).
2. Cookie Duration
- We offer a 30-day cookie window, meaning affiliates will be credited for any purchase made within 30 days of a user clicking their affiliate link.
3. Approved & Restricted Marketing Channels
✅ Allowed Promotion Methods:
- Websites, blogs, and content marketing
- Organic social media posts
- Email marketing (compliant with GDPR & CAN-SPAM)
❌ Prohibited Promotion Methods:
- PPC bidding on Brisks-branded keywords (e.g., "Brisks", "Brisks.co.uk")
- Direct linking in paid search ads
- Misleading promotions or false advertising
- Spam, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks
4. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
- Affiliates may only promote official Brisks discount codes provided through Awin.
- Any unauthorized use of discount codes may result in commission reversals.
5. Order Validation & Payment
- Commissions will be paid via Awin after validation of the sale.
- Any canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not be commissionable.
- Payments will be made according to Awin’s standard payout schedule.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referrals or orders placed by the affiliate using their own links.
- Any deceptive tactics, misleading claims, or unauthorized advertising.
- Any breach of these terms may result in commission reversals or removal from the program.
7. Program Updates & Compliance
- Brisks reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising laws and Awin’s policies.
