CHAI.COM Branding Guidelines
To ensure brand consistency across all affiliate and publisher content, please follow these guidelines when promoting CHAI.COM products:
1. Brand Name & Messaging
- Always refer to the brand as CHAI.COM (all caps, with ".COM").
- Avoid modifying or abbreviating the brand name (e.g., do not use "Chai Co" or "Chai Dot Com").
- Use brand messaging that aligns with our heritage-driven, modern, and wellness-focused identity.
- Key phrases you can use:
- "Handcrafted chai blends made with organic spices, no added sugar, and no artificial additives."
- "Authentic chai, made modern."
- "A daily ritual of warmth and connection."
2. Logo Usage
- Use only the official CHAI.COM logos provided in the affiliate media kit.
- Do not alter, stretch, recolor, or modify the logo in any way.
- Ensure the logo is clearly visible and not placed over busy backgrounds.
3. Product Representation
- Use official product images from CHAI.COM’s media kit. Do not use third-party or altered images.
- Accurately describe products, emphasizing key differentiators:
- Organic spices.
- No added sugar or artificial additives.
- Traditional flavors with a modern approach.
4. Content & Promotion Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote CHAI.COM via blogs, social media, email newsletters, and video content.
- Do not make misleading claims about health benefits or product features.
- Avoid excessive discount-driven language—our focus is on quality and experience rather than price-based promotions.
5. Restricted Content & Usage
- Do not use CHAI.COM branding in pay-per-click (PPC) ads or bid on brand-related keywords.
- Do not misrepresent CHAI.COM as offering medical or health treatments.
- Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines when promoting affiliate links.
6. Media & Asset Access
- Affiliates can access official logos, product images, and marketing materials via the Awin Documents tab.
