Program Terms and Restrictions
To ensure a fair and compliant partnership, please review and adhere to the following terms:
1. Prohibited Airline Keywords: Do not use these brands when promoting our program: American Airlines, Delta, United, KLM, Air France, Indigo, Ryanair, Thai Smile, Alaska Airlines, Air Canada, Hawaiian Airlines.
2. No Brand Bidding: Bidding on “Flightnetwork”, “MyTrip”, “Gotogate” (e.g., “Flightnetwork promo code”, “Flightnetwork cashback”) or variations is not allowed. Violations result in immediate suspension.
3. No Brand Usage in URLs:
3.1 Do not use “Flightnetwork”, “MyTrip”, “Gotogate” in your display URL
3.2 Do not include “Flightnetwork”, “MyTrip”, “Gotogate” in your landing page URL
3.3 Do not use misleading representation of affiliation through unauthorized URL usage, including but not limited to:
- Typosquatting – registering or using misspelled variations of our brand name in domains or URLs to mislead users
- Cybersquatting – registering or using domain names identical or confusingly similar to our brand with the intent to profit from the brand’s reputation
- Traffic-hijacking – redirecting or diverting users from our official website or content to unauthorized pages in order to capture or monetize traffic
4. No Pop-Ups
Partner represents, warrants, and covenants that the Partner’s tag(s) shall not cause, initiate, or enable the display of pop-ups, pop-unders, interstitials, or any similar intrusive advertising formats on any of Company’s websites.
5. No Attribution Manipulation
Partner shall not alter, interfere with, or otherwise affect the attribution of orders, clicks, or any other tracked user actions on Company’s websites.
6. No Unauthorized Sales Tracking. Partner acknowledges and agrees that all sales are tracked exclusively through the affiliate network. Partner shall not use its tag(s) to track sales, conversions, or revenue in any form.
7. Data Confidentiality
Partner shall not disclose, transmit, transfer, or otherwise make available any data related to Flightnetwork, MyTrip, Gotogate to any third party, except as expressly authorized in writing by Company.
8. No Voucher Code, Cashback Promotion or Subnetwork
Partner shall not promote, distribute, or make available any voucher codes or cashback promotions. Subnetworks and sub affiliates are prohibited to use any promotional types. Voucher, cashback and subnetwork affiliates will not be approved onto the program temporarily and transactions will be declined.
9. No Cookie Stuffing
Partner shall not engage in cookie stuffing or any practice that artificially generates cookies or misrepresents user activity.
10. No Collection of PII
Under no circumstances shall Partner’s tag(s) or Partner itself collect, store, process, or otherwise handle any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of users of Company’s websites.
11 Retargeting restrictions
The Partner and any associated third parties are prohibited from retargeting users within the first fifteen (15) minutes of a user’s session on any website, domain, or platform operated by Flightnetwork, MyTrip, Gotogate. Partner shall ensure that all tracking, bidding, and retargeting systems are configured to comply with this restriction. Any violation of this clause shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and will result in termination of the partner’s participation in the program without prior notice.
12. Content Placement Restrictions
The Partner is strictly prohibited from displaying ads or impressions on websites, platforms, or placements that contain or promote sensitive, inappropriate, or otherwise damaging content. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic or sexually explicit material, pages featuring or related to natural disasters, tragedies, or other distressing events, YouTube channels or media targeting children, and any sites considered controversial or politically charged. Ads must also not appear on placements unrelated to or inconsistent with the target audience and brand positioning of Flightnetwork, MyTrip, Gotogate. The Partner is fully responsible for ensuring that all traffic sources and publishers adhere to these restrictions at all times.
13. Frequency Capping
To ensure a positive user experience and to protect the reputation of Etraveli Group’s brands, the Partner must implement a maximum frequency cap of five (5) banner impressions per individual user per day. Under no circumstances may this limit be exceeded, regardless of placement type, audience segment, or creative rotation.
14: Email Retargeting Restriction
The Partner is not permitted to use email retargeting under this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of user targeting or communication conducted through email lists, CRM databases, or third-party data sources. Any attempt to engage in email-based retargeting or direct user outreach on behalf of Flightnetwork, MyTrip, Gotogate will be considered a material breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of the partnership.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or removal from our affiliate program.
