# Ambrosia ShareASale Affiliate Program Agreement##
1. Program OverviewThis Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Ambrosia Systems ("Ambrosia") and affiliates participating in the Ambrosia Affiliate Program ("Affiliates") through ShareASale. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Affiliates may promote Ambrosia products and earn commissions.##
2. Affiliate EligibilityAffiliates must:- Have a valid and active ShareASale account.- Maintain websites, social media accounts, or other promotional channels that comply with ethical standards.- Not be involved in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.##
3. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates are prohibited from:- Bidding on Ambrosia's brand keywords, including but not limited to "Ambrosia Systems," "LinkBluCon," "A-Ring," and any variations or misspellings.- Engaging in cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, or other unethical practices.- Using paid search ads that link directly to Ambrosia’s website without prior approval.- Promoting Ambrosia products on websites or platforms that contain inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.- Offering incentives (e.g., cash back, rewards) to encourage purchases through affiliate links without Ambrosia's written consent.- Engaging in email marketing campaigns without ensuring compliance with anti-spam laws.##
4. Promotional Guidelines- Affiliates may promote Ambrosia products through blogs, websites, social media, and approved email marketing.- Promotional materials must accurately represent Ambrosia’s products and not make false claims.- Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Ambrosia in a clear and compliant manner according to FTC guidelines.##
5. Trademark and Brand Usage- Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by Ambrosia.- Unauthorized use of Ambrosia’s trademarks, logos, and branding elements is strictly prohibited.- Affiliates may not modify Ambrosia's brand assets without prior written permission.##
6. Commission Terms and Payment- Affiliates will earn commissions based on valid sales generated through their affiliate links.- Commission rates and payment schedules are detailed in the ShareASale program terms.- Ambrosia reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or canceled transactions.##
7. Termination Policy- Ambrosia reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violating this Agreement or ShareASale’s Terms of Use.- Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.##
8. Compliance with ShareASale Terms of Use- This Agreement is in addition to, and not a replacement for, the ShareASale Terms of Use.- Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable ShareASale policies and procedures.##
9. AmendmentsAmbrosia reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via ShareASale or email communication.By participating in the Ambrosia Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Program Agreement and ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
