- Clara Barcelo is an exclusive, high-end footwear brand partnering with select affiliates to drive editorial coverage and brand awareness through AWIN.
- The affiliate program rewards high-quality content publishers who align with Clara Barcelo’s luxury positioning and brand values.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
- Affiliates must be approved before participating in the program.
- Clara Barcelo reserves the right to reject applications that do not align with the brand image and marketing strategy.
- Promotional methods must reflect Clara Barcelo’s exclusivity—no mass discounting, unauthorized couponing, or incentive-based traffic.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
- 10% base commission on referred sales.
- Higher commission rates may be considered for premium editorial placements or high-performance partners.
- Sales are tracked via AWIN’s platform with a standard attribution window of 30 days.
APPROVED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
- Editorial Features & Content
- Affiliates may promote Clara Barcelo via blog posts, luxury lifestyle publications, high-fashion content, and product reviews.
- All product mentions must maintain Clara Barcelo’s premium positioning.
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Affiliates may share content on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Discount codes must be pre-approved and not publicly distributed outside the assigned affiliate channel.
- Email Marketing (Approval Required)
- Email campaigns featuring Clara Barcelo must be pre-approved before being sent.
- Affiliates must comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
RESTRICTED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
- Unauthorized Coupon & Discount Promotions
- Affiliates may only promote official discounts provided through AWIN.
- Posting unapproved coupon codes will result in commission denial and possible removal from the program.
- Trademark Bidding & Paid Search Restrictions
- No bidding on “Clara Barcelo” or variations/misspellings in Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other paid search network.
- No direct linking to Clara Barcelo’s website via PPC ads.
- Unauthorized Brand Representation
- Affiliates must not impersonate Clara Barcelo via social media, website domains, or unauthorized advertising.
- No use of Clara Barcelo trademarks or branding in domains or social handles.
- Pop-Ups, Pop-Unders, & Cookie Stuffing
- Affiliates may not use intrusive ad formats or any deceptive tracking methods, including cookie stuffing, click spamming, or fake redirects.
VOUCHER & INCENTIVE POLICY
- No unauthorized coupon or voucher code usage outside AWIN.
- No incentive-based traffic, including cashback, rewards, or loyalty programs, unless explicitly approved.
AFFILIATE COMPLIANCE & REMOVAL POLICY
- Affiliates violating program terms may be removed without notice.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity will result in commission forfeiture and program suspension.
